How Our Contrast Therapy Works

With two brand-new cedar and stainless-steel plunges with temperatures ranging from 5 to 40 degrees, you’ll love the alternating sensations of hot and cold water that can induce a profound sense of relaxation and mental clarity.

Temperature

Absolute Recovery hot and cold baths operate between 5° - 40°C.

Duration

Contrast bath therapy is a series of brief, repeated immersions in water, alternating between warm and cold temperatures for a period of 30 minutes overall.

Safety

Limit exposure to the cold plunge for 1-3 minutes at a time and do not exceed 10-15 minutes in the hot bath. Include small rest periods in between moving from hot to cold.
